What to do if you receive an authorization code but did not initiate a transaction
When making online purchases, you may be required to authenticate your payment by entering a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number that was provided during card creation. If you did not initiate the transaction, follow these steps:

Immediately cancel your card:
To prevent further unauthorized transaction attempts, cancel your card by navigating to the Joinn dashboard, hovering over the active card and selecting "Cancel".

Verify with family or other authorized users:
Check whether someone else with access to your card details may have mistakenly used your card.

Check your transaction history:
Review your recent transactions for any suspicious or unauthorized charges. If you find anything suspicious, submit a dispute by submitting a request to report the fraudulent transactions.

Request a new card:
Create a new card and ensure secure shopping going forward.
